Surpassing its annual growth targets, İmpo Motor Pompa kicked off 2025 with enthusiasm at its “Communication Meeting,” where the company celebrated its achievements and presented awards to outstanding teams.
Held at Franklin Electric’s İzmir facility, the meeting provided an overview of the past year’s performance, highlighting key accomplishments, new goals, and future objectives.
Regional Sales Manager Ms. Özlem Başlangıç noted in her speech that the company successfully exceeded its 8% growth target last year. She emphasized, “Despite changing market conditions and increasing competition, teamwork remains the key force that drives us to success.”
During the event, HR Manager Ms. Demet Boyar presented the 2024 Category Awards to their recipients.
In the Occupational Safety category, employees who contributed throughout the year were recognized, while the Management Special Award was presented to the EHS Team for their outstanding initiatives.
In the area of sustainability, the Stainless-Steel Department received certification as the team that achieved the “Best Waste Separation.”
The R&D Department earned the Sustainable Technology Award for its “Cobot Project,” which integrated advanced robotic arms into the production line—reducing manufacturing costs, increasing efficiency, and minimizing occupational safety risks.
Another sustainability award went to the Continuous Improvement Department for its “Water Tank and Fire Pump Project.”
At the end of 2024, under the leadership of the Human Resources Department, İmpo employees joined LÖSEV’s “Collect a Wish for Me” Campaign, fulfilling the wishes of children and helping them start the new year with joy and hope. The management team expressed its heartfelt appreciation to all employees for their contributions to this meaningful social responsibility initiative.
The meeting concluded with the announcement of 2025 goals, a gift raffle, and a celebratory cake-cutting ceremony.
