“2025 Was a Year of Strategic Investments and Growth for İmpo Motor Pompa”
In 2025, İmpo Motor Pompa continued its growth both in the domestic market and in target international markets through strategic investments and a sustainability-focused approach, achieving an 11% increase in turnover in USD terms. Strengthening its production capabilities with a new factory investment in Torbalı, the company aims to offer faster delivery times and greater production flexibility to its customers.
“İmpo Motor Pompa’s new factory investment in Torbalı is at the center of our future growth plans,” said Özlem Başlangıç, Türkiye Sales Manager of İmpo Motor Pompa. She added that the company aims to further strengthen its leading position in the market in 2026.
Despite challenging market conditions, İmpo Motor Pompa maintained uninterrupted investments in production capacity, R&D, and sustainability in 2025, reinforcing its long-term growth objectives.
Speaking about the company’s achievements and future vision, Özlem Başlangıç stated:

“Despite economic fluctuations in our country and intense competition in the sector, 2025 was a highly productive year for İmpo Motor Pompa. By focusing on improving operational efficiency, developing customer-oriented solutions, and continuously enhancing product quality, we succeeded in increasing our turnover by 11% in USD terms.
With more than 350 submersible pump types and motors in our portfolio, we delivered strong performance both in the domestic market and in target regions. Thanks to our wide product range, strong sales network, and on-time delivery commitment, we responded quickly to customer needs, which helped us increase our market share. In addition, we strengthened team synergy through internal activities that recognize teamwork and performance.
The foundation of the new factory in Torbalı was laid
Combining Franklin Electric’s global expertise with our local production strength, and maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction, has been one of the cornerstones of our success story in 2025. This approach also shaped our strategic investments. Laying the foundation of our new factory in Torbalı in 2025 was the most concrete step of these investments. The new facility will not only increase capacity but also advance our production technologies and sustainable manufacturing standards, enabling faster delivery, flexible production, and higher operational efficiency for our customers.”
Emphasizing that sustainability is at the core of all operations, Başlangıç continued:

“We promote environmentally conscious and efficiency-driven practices in our production processes. For example, waste segregation and robotic integration projects make both our processes and products more sustainable. With Franklin Electric’s high-efficiency systems, our customers achieve up to 20% energy savings compared to standard solutions, reducing environmental impact while lowering operational costs.”
Aiming to strengthen its leading market position
“Our goals for 2026 are very clear,” said Başlangıç. “We aim to strengthen İmpo Motor Pompa’s leadership position in the market, increase production automation and capacity, and deliver innovative, high-efficiency products to our customers.”
She highlighted that especially with high-flow and stainless-steel cast VSI series submersible pumps, the company aims to make a difference in industrial, municipal, and agricultural projects. She also emphasized that with Franklin Electric wastewater and drainage solutions, the company will continue to play an active role in water and infrastructure projects, improving operational efficiency and delivering energy savings for its customers.
